I am also a teacher and work with the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors and the NorthMetro Association Realtors as an instructor of the MLS online home listing service (Multiple Listing Service). I teach real estate agents how to use the system and am considered an expert at listing and finding homes for sale. I am also a frequent quest lecturer for the Minnesota Association of Mortgage Brokers (discuss ethics, and how appraisers find a homes' value).

I have several lenders (Mortgage brokers) that I work with who can brief my clients on the fees and forms involved in the process of buying or selling a home. I trust these loan officers to offer my clients the best options and the lowest possible costs available.
OUT-STATE REAL ESTATE...
For clients moving out of state or buying a vacation home, I can refer them to a capable real estate agent who knows the housing market they are interested in. Let me find you someone that knows what they are doing so you don't have to.

How much can I qualify for on a home loan?I can recommend mortgage brokers that work with people of all economic backgrounds and financial situations. I can also advise you on what lenders are looking for and creative ways to fund the purchase of your next home.
Do I have to pay an agent to work with me in buying a home?No, the agent is paid a commission by the seller's agent. So, there is no fee for working with an agent to buy a home.
What are the fees associated with selling a home?Yes, there are many expenses to be aware of including closing costs, home inspection, lender fees, agent commissions and moving expenses. I an flexible on my commission and am happy to save my clients money and save them from the hassles of For Sale By Owner.
How long will it take to buy a home?It depends on the market at the time you start looking for a home. But, generally 30-60 days before you close on a property.
What should I sell my home for?
As an appraiser and real estate agent I can give you a unique and realistic perspective on what price your property should list for.
How long will it take to sell my house?How quickly your home sells is dependent on several factors including market conditions (fast or slow), neighborhood (location), price and the condition of your home. I am up front with all my clients on what it takes to sell their home. In todays market expect it to take several months, especially for more expensive and larger homes.
What if I want to buy or sell a home out-state or outside of Minnesota?I can work with any buyer or seller in the Twin Cities. I will refer you to a qualified real estate agent if you are looking for a home outside of the Twin Cities and outside of Minnesota. | | | |
